The Arc

Private coaching for high-capacity people ready to change how they operate and create what's next.

You already know you're capable.

You've solved hard problems before. You've succeeded. You've learned a lot about yourself.

And whatever you're facing now isn't being solved by thinking harder, working harder, or learning one more thing.

That's usually where this work starts.

You might be:

  • circling an important career or leadership decision

  • thinking endlessly about something you already know you need to do

  • succeeding while quietly wondering whether you want to keep succeeding this way

  • carrying responsibilities that no longer belong entirely to you

  • noticing the same frustrating pattern showing up across your work, leadership, or relationships

  • facing an inflection point without a clear picture of what comes next

Or maybe you know what you want, but the way you've been operating isn't getting you there.

A different role. A bigger idea. A better relationship. More creative freedom. A change you've been wanting to make. A life that feels more like yours.

What looks like five different problems is often the same pattern showing up in five different places.

And sometimes that same pattern isn't creating an obvious problem. It's simply getting in the way of what you want next.

"Working with Brenna has radically transformed my relationship with myself."

— Karina, Tech & AI Leader

When strengths become constraints

The things getting in your way may be the same qualities that helped you get here.

Your intelligence becomes overthinking.

Preparation becomes avoidance.

Responsibility becomes over-functioning.

Sensitivity becomes managing everyone's reactions.

High standards become relentless self-pressure.

Adaptability becomes losing track of what you want.

Ambition becomes proving.

None of those qualities are the problem.

The question is whether you're choosing how to use them, or whether they're choosing for you.

The work stays connected to what's actually happening in your life: the decision, conversation, transition, leadership challenge, or opportunity in front of you.

Sometimes the thing you came in to solve turns out to be part of something bigger.

Sometimes one shift changes several areas at once.

What changes

You have more choice in how you use your ambition, intelligence, energy, and capacity.

You begin to:

  • make decisions without endlessly negotiating with yourself

  • trust what you know and act on it sooner

  • stop carrying responsibility that isn't actually yours

  • have difficult conversations without abandoning yourself

  • pursue opportunities without making the outcome a referendum on your worth

  • let someone disagree with you without immediately second-guessing yourself

  • lead with greater clarity and less proving

  • put more of your energy toward work, relationships, experiences, and ideas that actually matter to you

“Brenna’s guidance improved my decision-making and enabled me to navigate complex professional challenges with a clear, focused mindset.”

— Ernest C., Finance & Strategy Executive

That might mean finally making the decision, having the conversation, leaving something you've outgrown, taking the risk, creating something new, or stopping a pattern you thought you'd already worked through.

More of your capacity becomes available for your actual life.

“I somehow feel more myself than I ever have. But I also feel completely different from who I was four months ago.”

— Ani, Corporate Trainer & Author

“Brenna’s work isn’t about solutions (though people in her presence often find them effortlessly); it’s about creating the fertile ground where clarity becomes inevitable.”

— David Heaps, Founder, Leadering

How The Arc works

The structure is simple.

  • 4-month engagement

  • 8 private, 60-minute sessions

  • Investment: $12,000 USD

Each session starts with whatever matters most right now.

We may work directly on the situation in front of you. Or we may discover that what looks like one problem is part of a larger pattern.

Either way, this isn't endless self-analysis.

The goal isn't to leave with another insight. It's to change what you actually do when the same situation comes around again.

The shifts can happen quickly. Four months gives you time to work with what comes up and make sure the changes hold up in real life.

“Once we get real, it’s awesome. Everything cascades from there. I take a lot away from those conversations, and getting to that point is immensely valuable.”

— Olympian

Who this is for

This work is for people who are willing to be changed by what they see.

You don't need to agree with everything I say. You don't need to arrive fearless, certain, or without resistance.

But you do need to be more interested in what's true than in being right.

That means being willing to question your own assumptions, consider your contribution to what's not working, and do something with what you discover.

If you want someone to tell you what to do, I'm not the right coach.

If you want insight without changing anything, this won't be a good use of your time.

If you're primarily looking for accountability, there are simpler and cheaper ways to get it.

You don't need to know exactly what comes next. You do need to be willing to do something different.
