Client responsibility

By engaging in any session, program, or the Identity Repatterning Arc, you acknowledge that you are emotionally and psychologically stable enough to participate.
You agree to take responsibility for your choices and for integrating any insights that arise.

Payments & cancellations

Payment terms for sessions and programs—including the Identity Repatterning Arc—are provided at the time of booking or via direct agreement.
By completing a booking or signing an agreement, you agree to those terms.
High-investment programs may require a separate written agreement; in those cases, that agreement governs.

Intellectual property

All content on this site—including text, images, videos, and materials—is owned by Brenna Hindman LLC unless otherwise noted.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brenna Hindman LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or services.
